Information you give us
When you request a quote through our contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, your neighborhood or ZIP code, and a short description of your home. We use these details for one purpose: to prepare your quote and get back to you. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never fill in.
Phone calls and our automated receptionist
Calls to (323) 553-3804 are answered by an automated AI receptionist. The call is transcribed so we can capture what you need — typically your name, the best callback number, the property address or area, the cleaning you are asking about, and your timing. That summary is emailed to our team so a manager can call you back with a free estimate. If you would rather not speak to an automated system, email us instead and a person will reply.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, referring site, approximate location (derived from your IP address), and device and browser type. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. You can block it with your browser's cookie controls or an ad/analytics blocker, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers we rely on
We do not run this infrastructure ourselves. The following providers process limited data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms: Vercel (website hosting and server logs), Forward Email (delivering contact-form messages and our email), Twilio (telephone service for our published number), ElevenLabs (the automated receptionist's speech and transcription), and Google (Analytics, the embedded map, and web fonts). Embedded Google Maps content may set its own cookies when it loads.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not ask for payment card numbers or sensitive personal information through this website.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and call summaries for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our inbox and records unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and contact-form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our email provider. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
